Realize for the Real Eyes '....it really does hurt...'
She thought as she stared at the empty seat beside her.

She had no idea that it really did hurt to not have someone sit right beside you, sharing your space, and being apart of your life.
She could have sworn that just yesterday empty chairs and empty rooms put her to rest each night. But now, even if just for tonight, computer screens and hollow words can't fill the space for the ones she wants.

Party Crasher Something happened today.

Something that I've been lying, smiling, cheating, and pushing my way to avoid, but it happened today.

I'm being forgotten.

No longer is my existence necessary to survive. You've gotten what you want from me, so I'm not really important. Not that I ever was.

I never was.
I was just there as someone to fill the space; someone to carry the extra weight. And I guess that's what I'll always be, because no other scene wants to accept someone like me. Not that I ever was accepted. I was just "tolerated."
